The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (the “Company”) has today approved all proposals on the agenda, including the adoption of the annual accounts for the financial year 2020.
The voting results of the adopted resolutions will be published on the website of Just Eat Takeaway.com within five working days. The adopted resolutions also include the reappointment of Mr. Jitse Groen, Mr. Brent Wissink, Mr. Jörg Gerbig and Mr. Matthew Maloney as members of the Management Board as well as Mr. Adriaan Nühn, Ms. Corinne Vigreux, Mr. Ron Teerlink, Ms. Gwyn Burr, Mr. Jambu Palaniappan, Mr. Lloyd Frink and Mr. David Fisher as members of the Supervisory Board. The appointments of Mr. Maloney, Mr. Frink and Mr. David Fisher are subject to the closing of the transaction with Grubhub Inc.
The voting results from the AGM will shortly be published on the website of Just Eat Takeaway.com. In addition, a copy of the voting results will be submitted to the UK Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The draft minutes will be made available on the Company’s website within three months.
