Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world’s leading on-demand delivery companies, today published the convocation for its annual general meeting (AGM), including the agenda, explanation of the agenda items and ancillary documents on its corporate website.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 15 May 2025 at 10:00 CEST at Hotel Jakarta, Javakade 766, 1019 SH, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Shareholders who either in person, or by proxy wish to attend the AGM should register for the AGM as from 18 April 2025 up to 8 May 2025 (registration closes at 17:00 CET on 8 May 2025).
