The campaign spotlighted the evolving behaviours, shifting tastes, and cultural influences that define how consumers interact with food delivery services today. By blending consumer research, expert insights, and real platform data, we examined how people are discovering, ordering, and connecting through food, grocery, and everyday essentials.
The insights revealed some remarkable consumer behaviours that highlight the diverse ways our customers use our platform. In Toronto, one customer placed a single order exceeding $1,000 on flowers—a gesture we hope received a positive response! Meanwhile, in the UK, we observed what we're calling the "TikTok effect" in action: orders for Dubai chocolate-inspired products surged by an extraordinary 2,684% as social media trends translated directly into shopping baskets.
This campaign provided us with a clearer picture of how consumer tastes are evolving, how cultural movements influence purchasing decisions, and how delivery services fit into meaningful moments in our customers' lives. The initiative also demonstrated how our platform helps customers discover new products while providing our partners with valuable opportunities to showcase their offerings.
