February 14th marked the biggest single day for retail sales through the platform, proving that modern romance runs on convenience. Retail orders surged 72% compared to last year, with thousands of last-minute gifts delivered in under an hour as our partners ensured no romantic gesture was left behind.

Flowers Led the Way, Beauty Completed the Gesture

The romantic holiday drove extraordinary demand, with flower sales reaching 30 times the typical daily volume, a staggering 3,107% increase. Roses reigned supreme as the most popular choice, with over 30,000 delivered on Saturday. Plush teddy bears and cards also emerged as a favourite addition to last-minute gift orders.

Beauty and cosmetics also emerged as a Valentine's Day favourite. Beauty orders grew 150% compared to last year, with fragrances claiming the top spot as the best-selling beauty product. Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy eau de parfum, Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy eau de parfum and Moschino Mini Giftset Collection led the category as top-sellers. Sexual-wellness items captured shoppers' attention as well, with deliveries reaching five times the volume of 2025.

By scaling our florist and retail supply, we’ve turned last-minute Valentine’s panic into stress-free gifting for our customers. Pete Chong, Global Head of Retail Partnerships
